Account details: name, mobile number, country, language, MPIN (stored as a one-way hash), and, if provided, email address.

Engagement details: KYC documents, source-of-funds information, property preferences, budget bands, and communications you exchange with our advisors.

Technical data: IP-based country (used only to default the country/language), device, browser, and basic usage analytics.

To verify your identity (OTP, KYC) and operate the platform.

To deliver advisory services, prepare deal structures, and facilitate legal clarity.

To localize the experience to your country, currency, and language.

To comply with legal, tax, and anti-money-laundering obligations.

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (your engagement with us), legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating a trustworthy advisory practice, and your consent where required.

We share information with regulated counterparties (lawyers, escrow agents, banks, tax advisors) only when necessary to deliver the engagement, and with technology providers that process data on our instructions under appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not accept undisclosed commissions from third parties.

Because we operate across India, the UAE, Singapore, the US, the UK, and Australia, your information may be transferred and processed in those jurisdictions under appropriate safeguards aligned with applicable law.

We keep account data while your account is active and engagement records for the period required by applicable real-estate, tax, and AML regulations. Afterwards, we delete or anonymize the data.

We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials (MPIN/passwords), least-privilege access, and audit trails. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique MPIN and protect your OTP.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We use a small number of cookies and local-storage entries (for example, your selected country and language) to operate the platform. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage.

The platform is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
